A publishing platform for churches

A website your church updates itself

Change a text or a service time, click publish — it is live a few seconds later. Events with registration, giving, newsletters, courses and a store are built in. No agency for every change.

From application to your own website

Three steps — and the slow wait of an ordinary web project becomes time you already spend on your content.

Step 1

Apply and start the same day

You get a login right away and can start adding news, texts and images — before the website is even designed. A preview of your site exists from the first minute.

Step 2

We design your website

Every church gets its own design, built around your real content. No template, nothing that looks like everyone else's.

Step 3

Update it yourselves, see it at once

Edit, click publish — the website is updated within seconds. Several people can share the work, with permissions down to individual parts of the system.

Everything a church needs, in one platform

Start with what you need now and add more parts as you grow — the content stays, nothing is rebuilt.

News & pages

Write and publish in a real text editor, or switch to HTML when you want to. You change the texts and images on the website yourselves — the change shows within seconds.

Events & registration

Sign-up forms with your own fields, capacity and a waitlist. Free, paid online or at the door — and a dedicated form for table bookings. Email everyone registered or a selection, with a log of who received what.

Conferences & tickets

Ticket types with early bird, hidden tickets via a link, invoicing for companies, numbered receipts and check-in at the door on a phone. Statistics per conference.

Shuttle & bookings

Recurring sign-ups with a ticket in the email: pick-up stops, a waitlist that fills itself, a car pool with drivers, the return trip and room for a rollator or a pram.

Newsletters & SMS

Email and SMS broadcasts to your subscribers and Planning Center lists. Your own HTML templates, scheduling, and an unsubscribe that works wherever the address came from.

Giving

One-off gifts and monthly giving through the church's own Stripe account, with Swish as a payment method. Forma takes no percentage.

Courses

Video lessons from Vimeo, YouTube or your own video platform, course material, quizzes and diplomas. Free, paid or with time-limited access — and the same course can be shown in the partner portal.

Store

Books and material, digital and physical. Discount codes, campaigns, shipping by postcode, returns, a customer register with price lists and invoicing for companies. All through your own Stripe.

Forma Partner

A partner programme with its own portal: levels, resources and courses, sponsor partners with free seats at the conference, and a form that collects their logo and presentation to showcase them.

Media bank

The image library organised in packages per event and speaker, share links for press and volunteers, format variants for social media and an approval flow for new material.

Customer service & AI assistant

Tickets from contact forms and email in one shared inbox, replies that thread in the email, and an AI assistant in the store that answers from your own configuration.

Planning Center

Registrations sync to Planning Center People with fields per conference, the website calendar comes from PCO Calendar, and broadcasts can go to your lists. No double entry.

Also: a built-in manual that knows which page you are on and an Ask Forma that answers from it, support to Forma from inside the system, bookkeeping of sales through Fortnox or Accounted, and an advanced store with supplier sync, translations and showrooms for those who sell at scale.

The money never passes through us

Gifts, registration fees, course purchases and store sales go through the church's own Stripe account, straight to you. Forma takes no percentage of giving — our only income is the subscription. That is an easy thing to explain to a board.

Forma runs EChurch, Peter Nordberg Ministries and the Arise & Shine conference, among others.

What does it cost?

A monthly subscription based on which parts you use, plus a one-off fee for the design and launch of your website. Yearly billing by invoice or bank transfer — the way churches actually pay. Tell us about your situation in the application and we go through what fits you in a short call.
